ok, this has gone TOO far. blame momma cuz THIS is the longest time i haven't blogged! summer has been great. but the main reason we were not able to blog was cuz momma got an internship (which by the way can lead to a job )!! and guess what the cool part is!? it is dog friendly and I have been workin hard at work with her keepin her on track. :) sleeping and getting loved of course!

this past weekend we went row boating at golden gate park. let me tell you, i hate water but i got dragged along!!

work hard and play HARDER! i knock out in car rides everywhere we go.

got to play some frisbees with mom and pops.

sitting pretty at the park asking for bellyrubs!

dont worry. im gonna keep moms on track and try to post as much as we did before. i will never be gone for this long again! I hope u guys missed me as much as i did! :)

summer in spring!?

these past 4 days have been hot hot hot! im talking about 90 something degrees in san fran!

we went to gma's house so i did some pugtacious in the yard

omd! all that running made me need some ice cream!!!

one scoop of vanilla ice cream all by my self :)

relaxed in the shade for a minute to do another round of pugtacious!!

then, the next day i soaked my paw in the sand and sun at baker beach!

the sand was sooo hot!

i soaked my paws at the little river they had and basked in the sun

and made a sand castle :)

dudes. ok so today i go to the vets because i am shakin my ears so mom & pops took me there n i thought we were going for a walk. but nooooo.

i end up having a ear infection so i had to get some drops.

the vet lady had the nerve to tell me i am overweight! so what?? i am a little over 18 pounds.. n the lady said i should be 14. cut down the treats!?? no way jose. after the vet, i took my mom to the store to get me more liver treats.

i am not fat. i am fluffy. :)

we went to a eye specialist and found out kaui has cataract and cloudiness in that eye so the doctor gave her some eye drops to see if that helps her cloudiness. Peanut butter is the only way she will BARLEY let me put in her drops. this is her face with pb all over her after a long struggling session of me trying to put in her ointment. she is such a ham.

my 1st vacation!

hi everyone!! im back from my 1st vacation and this is what i did...
on the road with mom and pops...

we got closer to lake tahoe and then i started to see these mountains of white stuff

i am THIS MUCH excited!

we stayed at a dog friendly hotel which was actually really nice! better than mom and dad expected.

me in my long john's wanting up on the high tall bed.

chillin and eating a dental bone.

i acted like a true diva the whole time. every second my paws touched the snow i shivered nonstop! so moms wrapped me up in her scarf to get breakfast the next morning.

look at my paws!! the cold weather was really drying and cracking my precious paws, so we went to the local doggy store and got me some of these cooooool protectors!!

and you guessed it! everyone who passed my way n saw me giggled at me cause I am so darn cute n pawsome with my rubber booties. grannies wanting to take pictures. i felt like a super star!

THEN! mom and dad thought since i have paw booties on we go INTO the snow. uh nuh uh...so i gave them the ULTIMATE stink eye!

we went into a private beach (where no dogs were allowed ) shhhh.. but tiny ol me snuck in there! muhahahha..

i think the best part of my trip was staying inside the nice warm cabin!

and this is how i sat on the 3 hours drive back home. a nice fluffy duffle bag! peace everydoggy! new years is commin up!

The northern california had their Pugtacular event this past saturday!

In the mornin, momma couldn't decide what I'd be for the contest part.. miss santa, or my halloween bumble bee costume.

I ended up in my miss. santa costume..but couldnt button it all the way..i think i gained a little weight since i got it! whoops!

last week we went to sonoma to go to three dog bakery!! it was a nice sunny day which made it extra nice!

here's me checkin out the grape tree's for sonoma's wine country. nice clean air compared to the city!

1 hour later we arrived and it was pawsome! so many delectable edibles!!

here are just SOME of the treats i got to take home. i got boxes of peanut butter cookies stashed away from my moms n pops!

momma said we goin to PUGTOBERFEST where everydoggy has a costume in december so here is my costume. I said "WHERE WE GOIN!???"

over the weekend the dady-o was off on saturday so we cruised around the city! we got some lunch at a hawaiian food n drove down to ocean beach. Around the area was a little hiking place that over looks the golden gate bridge. It was my first mini hiking! Saturday was such a nice day, but sorta hot for me.

my paw pads got sooooo dusty!!

momma made me pose but i was too distracted by the group of dogs on the other side.

then before gettin home, we stopped by the doggy boutique to find me some new chew stuff. then stopped by this cool looking candy boutique around the corner n found some old school candy! i dont care...i am hot and tired now.

suki sumo posted a short video of her and it was sooo cute! so momma thought she post this of me woofing at the two dogs across the street while dad got gas.

heheh, this picture is random. we found a donut shop that sells this GIGANTIC donut!! look at the size of that it fills up a whole dozen donut box. mom n dad only ate that quarter. n i got a bite sized sample.

hi hi! i hope everyone is enjoying the friday! member when I said I was allergic to my brudder?? Hey guys! Kaui here, man, mom has been uber lazy she wont get her behind up and blog for me! Anywho, the little critter sumo is back for good! I like it since I can chew on his little chicken legs and make him jealous by jumping up and off the couch since he cant! muahaha. grandma has allergies with dogs, so he had to come back, but im not complaining! I sorta like him now, I licked him and kissed him when we went back to pick him up!

On sunday, we went to pug sunday but it was whack! There was only like 6 pugs total! I guess everyone left for vacation! So we left and went to petsmart, and made sumo take some silly pictures!

dude I should get a job as a model! Then I can get all the treats in the wooorrrld!!

then yesterday, we were getting ready to go to napa valley, but I decided to chew on his chicken legs one more time before we leave. hehe he had to wear my old pink harness since he has nothing! excuse my butt that got in the video so much.

hey guys, kaui's mom here. this is the longest time we havent blogged! well, mostly because I've offically been pugged out. school's starting for me soon and just stressful situations. we visted my boyfriends mom yesterday, and she was in love with him. We were deciding on whether we should give him to her or not since I was not able to do my work and watch two pugs at once.

I was pooped! I know what your gonna say, then why did we even get him? because we are pug possessed! he was great to have, but thought it was best to give him to my bf's mother so he can keep her company. Overall, another issue was he is extremly WILD! i know it's because he's a puppy, but he was one wild pug I might say. Another issue is, i actually don't even know if my apt allows pets?? I rarely see any, but I did see one dog. So im pretty lucky that kaui doesnt bark or cry that much for them to hear. Plus, my boyfriend who's a chef doesnt come home until late at night, so I barely have the time to do my stuff and school work also.

Although when we came home last night, it did feel really quite and empty, since kaui's not a barker. But of course we will go back and visit sumo ( or whatever his name is gonna be if they decide to change it ) and take pictures to update to all our friends. ;) I wish we could have let him stay with us, but I know he'll have a blast over at grandma's too. We even made her pug posssesed. First she wasent a dog person, but after watching kaui for two weeks when I was gone to arizona, she is pug crazy. When we would visit her she would say hi to kaui first for a good 10 mintues, then realize we are there. lol. So another great idea of her keeping sumo to make her happy. mom! get off my blog! you've been intruding and posting about sumo ( we have decided! thanks to all ) and not even letting me paw my own blog! (sorry, kaui but this is important! so hopefully your buds can help us out! )

so when kaui was a pup, she ate her kibbles. A few months ago, she started to be REALLY REALLY picky on what she eats. she now only demands wet food, so I buy a whole case of wellness puppy wet (she use to eat it all) , and now that was a waste.

so I try buying some ceasar wet food, and she tears it up under one minute. but for some reason, i don't really trust her eating that food. she itches and scratches a lot after this, but she wont eat anything else.

then natural variety chicken kibble, she touches it late at night just a little bit.
so yesterday, we buy more food. wellness lamb and rice kibble and the wet food.
she eats the wet, but we have to force kibble down. im wondering, the breeder from sumo emailed me saying he feeds them pedigree lamb and rice puppy, but I prefer organic for them.
I dont know what to do! She is really picky and it's starting to frustrate me alot.
another weird thing is she would eat "breakfast" at 5pm or 6!

should i feed them both pedigree?
i have naturals variety lamb and rice kibble to mix with wet food for sumo when he comes,and hopefully he wont be a picky eater..

but for kaui! I do not know.... dum dum dummmmm..

Kaui just turned a little over 6 months! She is a big girl now! I am for sure going to get her spayed, but everything seems so hetic. With Oliver (or whatever his names going to be, undecided still) comming, and ahhhh i dont know. Im worried that it's going to be hard for kaui since oliver (or whatever his name is) would want to play,and then kaui is pretty energetic, and Im afraid it would mess up the stiches! Does anyone have any advice to? Let them play seperately? Also, its about time to get her spayed if she is 6 months right? And last, how long would it take for her to heal? 2 weeks? It should be ok since oliver would still be a puppy.?..

we've been thinking of names for my little brother. Why wont they just pick one! It's not that hard. I mean all I care, his name can be booger, or angus. I think im a little jellyfish. I dont want to be the cold rice! ( kaui, dont worry your not! Your the first love in my life! Your just getting a new playmate, so when we have to "work" or go to school, you wont be as lonely! just teach him where to potty! ) ok whatever mom, anyways, what do you think they should name him? So far, we came up with, Obie, Milo, Kirby, and Yogi. What weird folks they are! I dont know about this...or about sharing my blog with him either..we will see...Then I can blame all my poopies and peepee's on him!! heheheh ohhh yessss, nevermind I will love him dearly! *evil grin* any ideas for names for the little critter?

we took kaui to pug sunday on top of alta plaza park. We sat around with other pugs watching them play. Then!!! This man who's a breeder shows up with a play pen, and we're all thinking ??? We see a female pug, and thought it was for her because she looked like she was pregnant. Then he shows up with six little puppies! My boyfriend was so amazed, he wanted to get another pug. And so, he did. Kaui's little brother is coming home in two weeks! They havent had their shots yet, so we couldnt take him home, n plus they were only 5 weeks, and still nursing from his momma.

here they are goofin around. it was funny how our little guy with the green collar was the only one coming up to the camera! and yes , he is the one that pooped!

so i finally received my package from ritzy rover! it took about a little over a month to get it?? How slow is that!? First off, when i got the first package, it had her dining mat, and travel food bowl, but no pj's. so i call them and they said it's on its way?? why not send it ALL TOGETHER? that was the longest shipment I have ever dealt with. Why pay for shipping if it'll take over a month. Anyways, I finally got the pj's yesterday, and now it barely fits her. Im disappointed, never ritzy rover again. now it's only gonna fit her for just a little bit and outgrow it really quick, but it looks cute / funny for now. ;)

i just want my kong toy after this...

Sunday was great! We went shopping for MY treats at bella & daisys on union st! I got a new bella bean collar and some salmon treats, a bone cookie, and a butterfly cookie. (will post when mom gives it to me!) anyways...we went to golden gate park, but all I saw was really big dogs, so we ended up going to our usual park up on california st. here i go!!

it was a little chilly that day, look how my ears flap up!

my first pink sweater. This was the first clothing my mom bought me! it fits me like its a muscle shirt now!

mom got a new couch cover yesterday and it is soooo soft. The green totally matches with my fawn color I love it! I usually dont take naps on the couch, but ever since my human put that thing on the couch, I lounge there and fall asleep! Soft suede.

so last night, we were playing with the tennis ball, so while she was on the couch with me i threw the ball and she jumped right before it landed and hit her eye. To make matters worst it hit her right eye, as many of you guys may not know, she was somewhat of a cataract already in her right eye. Today this morning she was squinting and slept mostly all day. Im hoping to go to the vet real soon. But not enough money yet to give her the 3500 surgery for her eye, I am a bad mother :( Does anyone know what to do to make a bruised eye feel better? on the funnier note, I found this video clip of her and thought it was so cute. I bought some shoes for her from target, here she is struttin her stuff.

hi everydoggy its me kaui! so today me and mom are going to post up random pictures because we havent done anything lately. we've been lazy bums. -_-

here's me on my first day home!! I was so small and tiny. my tail did not curl this day because i was so confused and nervous. I even threw up at the local pet co on my dad's arm when they got me a new bed.

me again! same day, mom said she' wished she had more light to take pictures of me because they mostly all came out blurry and dark. boo.

I was a little nervous so I thought i'd hide on mom's legs. look at my pink belly!

this was a couple day's later. I started getting comfy in my new pad and humans!

after that stoopid beach, my humans thought they should make it up to me by taking me to the park! I liked it MUCH better. mom had to get the sand off my face and eyes. it was terrible. i frolicked in the grass and we went home.

Hi guys! long time no blog, sorry mom has been busy doing human stuff. blech. anyways daddy was off for 4th of july so we went on a little trip! Heres me very exicited!

Ok...so the drive was almost 2 hours, dad where the heck are we going?
